Fill 1-3 tsp of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Add honey or lemon if wanted. Experiment with steep time and quantity of tea to find your ideal cup!
For a bath, place a handful of flowers in a cloth teabag, bandana or nylon stocking and tie on water spout. Let the hot water run through the bag. Enjoy a nice long soak.
